In Sound Company community choir was formed in 2012. The choir’s first performance was part of the celebrations to welcome the Olympic torch to Birmingham. From an initial group of 19 singers, it has grown in number to over 80 members.

The choir gives regular concerts, performing a wide variety of music, often sharing the stage with guest performers or working with local arts organisation Gig Caritas. In Sound Company has also taken part in festivals, residential singing weekends and workshops.

In Sound Company rehearses on Monday nights from 7:30 – 9 pm at St James Church Hall, Wollaston, and is always happy to welcome new members. Please use our Contact form to let us know if you are thinking of coming along.
